A proud mother of three, LaDawn has dedicated her life to helping people. Early on, in her professional career, she chose to work in a hospital to help people. After completing college, LaDawn decided to take her career in a different direction. LaDawn searched many career fields, but chose another one that involved helping people. She began working with a non-profit organization that helped homeless and abused children. With a strong work ethic, LaDawn quickly rose to a top administration position. After about 12 years, she felt the need to seek a new career. Again, LaDawn chose a career that helps people. This career change was to real estate. Many people believe that as realtors we deal with homes, properties and businesses, but that is far from reality. When you have someone that is thinking of investing their life savings on a dream to start a new business or someone who is a first time home buyer, representing them properly can make a positive difference in their financial situation for the rest of their life. LaDawn feels that if someone puts their trust in her, she takes that trust personal and works very hard to make sure she honors that trust.

Working tirelessly to see that her clients needs are met has been a huge reason that the Singleton Team has become a Top Producer at Keller Williams Realty Pensacola. Another great benefit of trying to exceed her clients expectations, is the constant referral business that she receives from local clients, as well as agents from around the country. She has worked with clients from as far away as Hawaii. LaDawn is still actively involved with several charitable organizations. The one that is still near and dear to her heart is Lutheran Services Florida. This is the non-profit organization that she worked with for 12 years. By being on the inside and seeing just what this organization does for kids, she knows that all her efforts are going to help kids. Several years ago Darryl, who is fast approaching retirement as a Law Enforcement Officer in Escambia County, began looking for another career. He didn’t have to look far, because he was already helping his wife, LaDawn, with her career. After he started his real estate career he began focusing on sellers. Due to a difficult market, he tried thinking outside the box. He developed some very unique ideas to help his sellers. As his efforts began to produce results, it wasn’t long before word got around and sellers began calling the Singleton Team. Through education and utilization of the latest technology, Darryl has excelled in his ability to reach a large number of buyers who are looking for a new home.

As a result of Darryl’s experience as a law enforcement officer, he has an in depth knowledge of many neighborhoods. He uses this knowledge to help buyers choose the best suitable area for them. Many buyers have expressed to him that they felt blessed to have this knowledge working for them. This knowledge has taken a career to develop and is very unique to the Singleton Team.

Along with his career in law enforcement and another career in real estate, he still finds time to help coach his twin sons in sports. Some wonder how he can fit this into his already busy schedule, but he says you can do what you really want to do no matter what it takes. He really enjoys helping his sons and other kids learn how to work together as a team. Building these kids self esteem and seeing them grow physically and mentally is also a motivating force.
